Hands only CPR for everyone.

Drowning victims need O2, children also depending on the cause of death. 60% from trauma, 40% respiratory related. However these deaths (drowning victims & Children ) account for a small % of sudden cardiac arrest. The point of "hands only CPR" is for people to get involved when they generally would not. So if we start telling people to do it except in this situation and that situation it will cause confusion then people may second guess themselves and decide not to do anything.
